This old "grange dîmière" dîmière was among the possessions of the castle Schwarzenbourg. Dating back to 1572, is one of the oldest houses in the city.
The oral tradition says that underground allegedly linked to the abbey, located on the other side of the Market Square. The bay window and balcony were added at the end of the nineteenth century.
